Housing Opportunities Through its various housing solutions and programs, AH is able to meet a broad spectrum of housing needs for low-income families, including at-risk populations, in the city of Atlanta. Housing includes single-family homes and multi-family condominiums and apartments. HAVEN: SUPPORTIVE HOUSING HAVEN, AH's Supportive Housing Program, provides those experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless with stable housing, intensive case management and supportive services to address individual needs. These programs serve several different populations, including: individuals and families; persons with physical, mental, or developmental disabilities; U. S. military veterans; families separated due to a lack of housing; youth aging out of foster care; other target groups Supportive Housing Offerings HOMEFLEX (Formerly called Project Based Rental Assistance) Using MTW flexibility, AH created and implemented an AH-designed Homeflex program. This program encourages private real estate developers and owners to develop and/or provide affordable housing in quality mixed-income rental communities.

Women don't need to be serviced by financial advisors in a "special" way. We don't want, or value, generic advice on a financial firm's site geared to "women. " We don't want girly approaches. "Women are not a homogeneous group, " says Dychtwald. "They want advisors who treat them as individuals with unique needs. Not only do they have different wants and needs, they have different levels of financial knowledge, expertise and comfort. One size definitely does not fit all. " O'Connor agrees. "Women want first and foremost an authentic relationship.
