If you listen to his podcasts during his meth era, he was worse than a wreck. He even talked about flashing people at conventions. by Anonymous reply 52 04/30/2020 Shit I didn't know he had a podcast by Anonymous reply 53 05/02/2020
Court Approves Equifax Data Breach Settlement On January 13, 2020, a federal court approved the proposed settlement for the class action suit filed against Equifax over the massive data breach it disclosed in September 2017. Roughly 147 million people had their personal information compromised in the incident, which was likely the result of Equifax's negligence, as per a Staff Report from the United States Senate's Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations published in March last year. The credit reporting agency announced in July 2019 it was prepared to pay up to $700 million to settle charges brought by the U. S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), and 50 states. At the time, the company told customers that they could receive free credit monitoring or $125 in cash, and that they were also eligible for up to $20, 000 in cash for the time spent dealing with the breach. A couple of weeks later, the FTC warned that Equifax customers affected by the breach were unlikely to receive the full $125 cash payment, because payments would come from a fixed pot of $31 million.

This makes it possible to implement a large scale DAM as an assembly of high performance processing systems in a network with a high density storage solution at its centre. [7] Media asset issues [ edit] An asset can exist in several formats and in a sequence of versions. The digital version of the original asset is generally captured in as high a resolution, colour depth, and (if applicable) frame rate as will be needed to ensure that results are of acceptable quality for the end-use. There can also be thumbnail copies of lower quality for use in visual indexing. Metadata for an asset can include its packaging, encoding, provenance, ownership and access rights, and location of original creation. It is used to provide hints to the tools and systems used to work on, or with, the asset about how it should be handled and displayed. [8] Types of systems [ edit] Digital asset management systems fall into the following classifications: [9] Brand management system to enforce brand presentation within an organization by making the approved logos, fonts, and product images easily available.
Perhaps not as obvious as cities like Dayton or Seattle or Wichita, but Indianapolis also has also played a significant part in aviation history. James Allison grew up in Indianapolis (although he was born in Michigan). As a teenager, he worked in his father's coupon business, but soon started another business making fountain pens. His interest in bicycles led to more business contacts, and with one of these, he formed a company to manufacture early automobile headlamps. Along with his partners, he also founded the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, with Allison also beginning a complementary race car business. This latter business evolved eventually into the Allison Engine Company when it became part of General Motors. Initially, the company made components (bearings, etc. ) to rebuild WWI Liberty engines for the Army's air service. The bearings in particular were very successful and ended up in other manufacturers' high power engines, including those made by Pratt & Whitney and Rolls-Royce.

But, he says, something bigger has happened too. "Our demeanour has changed. We are a company that realises that mistakes happen, that when you make a mistake you step up and you take responsibility. We have done that, and we have said we will be here and we will follow through on our commitments. " image caption Margaret Curole worries about the future of the fishing industry How long BP's environmental responsibilities will last here is anybody's guess. When the Exxon Valdez tanker dumped million of gallons of oil onto the Alaskan shoreline in 1989, 13, 000 miles of coast was despoiled. That did not happen in Louisiana. In a desperate attempt to protect Gulf beaches - and, say critics, BP's bottom line - dispersants were dumped on the spilt oil here before it made land. "Honestly, we don't know, " says Aaron Viles, deputy director of the Gulf Restoration Network, of the prospects for recovery. "If you look at the Exxon Valdez, which is the only thing we can really compare to when it comes to the volume of oil, what we do know is that it took four seasons for their big herring fishery to collapse commercially.
