Your property could be damaged. You could incur excess repair costs should a bad tenant cause damage to the property. You may spend more than you make in income. If you have to borrow a lot of money to buy the property, or incur substantial expenses, you may wind up with negative cash flow. In other words, you might lose money on the property. Your property may decrease in value. Like other investments, real estate is susceptible to losses stemming from downturns in the real estate market. The Bottom Line Buying a rental property can provide a stable source of income, but like any investment, you need to understand what you are getting into before you buy. Evaluating the potential income, expenses, and return on the property can help you determine its profitability. Likewise, consider the rewards and risks. Keep in mind that hiring a property manager from a qualified property management firm can help reduce risks, as they have the experience necessary to find high-quality tenants. Also, talk to a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who has experience working with clients owning a rental property.
VERY SHADDY COMPANY, DO NOT USE AT ALL, NOTHING BUT LIES AND SHADDYNESS. they charged my account the 6 month premiums even after they have received all cancellation notices and told them over 6 weeks ago that I was cancelling but STILL charged my account. Now it will be 2 months plus before I get my $$ returned. Reason we canceled in the first place is because they said we would be able to pay every month which is what we wanted to do but when we received our paper work they tried to force us to pay 6 months at a time. Their advertising said we would pay monthly or bi yearly. We immediately canceled with them because in my mind they are already using shaddy practices. If you cant do what you advertise before it even starts, you damn sure not going to be approved for any claims. Now they are stealing our money even though our account is noted as canceled and IS cancelled before they billed us.. this is unacceptable and I dont see how these business get away with practices like this. Use extreme caution dealing with Minnesota Life.

The Two Key Differences Between INSANITY and P90X If I were to answer the questions, "What is P90X? " and "What is INSANITY? " in one sentence answers, this is what I would say this: INSANITY is a 60-day intense workout program that is primarily a weight loss program where the workouts are performed 6 times a week and are 30-45 minute in length. P90X is a 90-day total body workout program that consists of weight training workouts, cardiovascular exercise, and Yoga to help you not only lose weight, but also build lean muscle.
